HCRL Reactivated FCC Catalyst
Characteristics and Applications:
HCRL Reactivated FCC Catalyst is to recover the activity of the spent catalyst by using the inorganic-organic coupling technology to reactivate the heavy pollution and reactivated spent catalyst.Compared with the spent catalyst before treatment, the activity can reach 72-75%, the specific surface is increased by 60-80%, reaching over 170㎡/g, and the metal removal rate is ≥30%.
The use efficiency of the treated product reaches 60%-70% of the catalytic cracking catalyst (new agent).HCRL Reactivated FCC Catalyst can meet the requirements for the smooth operation of the catalytic cracking unit, replaying some or all of the catalytic cracking catalyst(new agent).
