AIC Low Coke Catalytic Cracking Catalyst
Characteristics:
Using unique matrix and molecular sieve technology, the matrix is macroporous modified alumina, and its cracking activity and pore size distribution can be flexibly adjusted.
The molecular sieve is chemically ultra-stabilized, and the isomorphous substitution reaction of dealumination and silicon supplementation is completed in one step, so that the molecular sieve framework has a higher silicon-aluminum ratio and improves the acid strength of the molecular sieve. At the same time, the non-framework aluminum can be removed during the reaction to keep the pore channel open.
Coupled with an appropriate amount of rare earth, the structural stability, cracking activity, hydrogen transfer activity and stability of the catalyst have been significantly improved. The perfect combination of matrix and molecular sieve makes the agent have high activity, good activity stability, and coke selection. It has the characteristics of good performance, good selectivity of gasoline liquefied gas, and high total liquid yield.
AIC low coke catalytic cracking catalyst is suitable for a wide range of feedstock oils, and has good selectivity for light and heavy feedstock oils. At present, this it is widely used in local refineries, and can meet the needs of customers in the face of complex and changeable raw oil.
