GCR Continuous Reforming Catalyst

At the same time, the retention ability of Chlorine is increased, the injected amount of Chlorine in the system reduce to 50% than before, corrosion of Chloride to downstream devices.
In addition, the mechanical strength of catalyst was improved and keeping good wearability, reduced the amount of dust during the processing of circulation and transportation.
Regeneration of activity can be recovered to the level of fresh catalyst.
In the series of continuous reforming catalyst, GCR-100(PS-V) is economical catalyst with low Platinum content and GCR-100A(PS-IV) is high Platinum content.
GCR catalysts can be used for the reforming process of high octane gasoline, aromatics and hydrogen productions which using straight-run naphtha, hydrocracked heavy naphtha, pyrolysis gasoline, coker gasoline, catalytic gasoline and condensate oil etc as raw materials.
